SAJUDORIM

Terms of Service

Effective · 28 August 2026

These terms govern your use of SAJUDORIM.

1. Purpose

These terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between SAJUDORIM (the 'Company') and you in relation to the Saju chart calculation and reading service (the 'Service').

The Korean version of these terms prevails. The Company operates in the Republic of Korea and this English text is provided for convenience.

2. Changes to these terms

These terms take effect when posted in the Service.

The Company may amend these terms within the limits of applicable law. Amendments are announced at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days in advance where the change is unfavourable to you.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you may stop using the Service.

3. What the Service does

The Service calculates a Saju chart from the birth date, birth time, birthplace, and gender you enter, and produces a reading based on that chart.

The calculation accounts for solar terms and apparent solar time. If you do not know your birth time, the chart is built from three pillars instead of four, and any item that depends on the hour is marked as omitted rather than guessed.

Each statement in the reading is accompanied by the calculated facts it derives from.

4. Nature and limits of the Service

The Service applies the calculation rules of traditional Myeongri. It does not tell you a fixed future and it does not provide scientifically validated prediction.

Readings are for reference. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, investment, or career advice. Consult a qualified professional where such advice is needed.

The Company is not responsible for decisions you make on the basis of a reading, or for their outcomes.

5. Paid features and payment

Some features are paid. Price and scope are as shown on the payment screen.

A paid reading is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews automatically.

Payment is processed by a payment service provider designated by the Company.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

You may withdraw your purchase within 7 days of payment.

However, under Article 17(2)5 of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal is restricted for digital content once you have viewed the reading. The Company discloses this and obtains your consent before payment.

Where the Service was not delivered, or the calculation was wrong, the Company refunds in full regardless of whether you viewed the reading.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take time to process at the payment provider.

7. Your obligations

Do not enter another person's information without their consent.

Do not call the Service in bulk by automated means, reverse engineer it, or copy readings for resale.

The Company may restrict access where this section is breached.

8. Intellectual property

The calculation logic, reading text, design, and illustrations in the Service belong to the Company.

You may use a reading you received for personal purposes. Commercial use or redistribution requires the Company's prior consent.

9. Interruption of the Service

The Service may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, replacement, failure, or loss of connectivity.

Foreseeable interruptions are announced in advance. Where advance notice is not possible, notice is given afterwards.

10. Limits of liability

The Company is not liable for disruption caused by force majeure or by your own actions.

Nothing in these terms unfairly limits rights granted to you by applicable law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

The Company and you will seek to resolve any dispute in good faith. Failing that, either party may bring a claim before the court having jurisdiction under Korean civil procedure.
