Privacy Policy

1. No account required

The Service does not require registration. It does not collect your name, phone number, or national identification number.

2. What you enter for the calculation

To build a chart, the Service takes your birth date, birth time, birthplace (city and time zone), and gender.

This is used for the calculation only and is not stored on the server. Once the response is returned, it does not remain.

Values needed for the result screen are held only in your browser's session storage and disappear when you close the tab. They are not transmitted to anyone else.

Gender is used solely to determine the direction of the ten-year luck cycles, because the Myeongri rules define it that way. It is not used for anything else.

3. Storage of readings

Readings are cached so that the same chart does not have to be generated repeatedly.

The identifier used for this cache is the four ganji values of the chart, not your birth date. Many different birth dates produce the same chart, so this value cannot identify a person.

What is stored is the reading text and the version information used to produce it. Nothing pointing to you is included.

4. Email (waiting list)

An email address is collected only where you enter one yourself.

It is used to tell you when the full reading opens. It is not used for anything else and no marketing messages are sent.

It is kept until that notice is sent or until you ask for deletion, then destroyed without delay.

Stored alongside it: the entry point identifier, your language setting, and the time of registration.

5. Payment information

The Company does not collect or store card numbers or other payment credentials. The payment provider handles them directly.

The Company receives only the transaction identifier and payment status needed to confirm the purchase.

Under Korean e-commerce law, payment records are kept for 5 years and records of consumer complaints and disputes for 3 years.

6. Automatically generated information

Access records, browser type, and request time may be written to server logs for operation and error diagnosis.

These are not used to identify individuals and are destroyed once the retention period under Korean communications law has passed.

7. Processing entrusted to others

An external AI processing service is used to generate readings. What is sent is the calculated chart and its supporting facts. Birth dates, email addresses, and anything else identifying you are not sent.

Payment processing is entrusted to a payment provider.

If a processor changes, this policy is updated and the change announced.

8. Disclosure to third parties

The Company does not provide your personal information to third parties.

The exception is a lawful request from an investigative authority following due process.

9. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information.

In practice the only personal information held is the email address on the waiting list. Send us that address at the contact below and it will be removed without delay.

10. Security measures

Access to personal information is limited to the smallest number of people necessary.

Data in transit is encrypted.

The Company treats minimising what is stored in the first place as its most important safeguard. Not storing birth dates is an example.

11. Changes to this policy

Changes and their effective date are announced in the Service.

Changes unfavourable to you are announced 30 days in advance.
